No, you don’t need to set up an account to place an order. ZA Vision offer the option for guest checkout and account creation for your convenience. Creating an account allows you to track order history, save multiple shipping addresses, and expedite the checkout process for future purchases. You can also receive updates and promotions.
Shortly after placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from ZA Vision.

To register an account, visit our website and go to the account section at the top of the homepage. Where you have to provide your username, Email, and your desired password, then click on the “Register” button.
You can place your order by navigating our website to explore the range of products. Select your desired product, and click the “Add to Cart” button. It will open up your shopping cart, review the items in your cart, and “Proceed to Check out.” On the checkout page, add your personal and shipping information, choose your preferred payment method, and place your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 8 hours after placing an order.
We have an order tracking tool at the bottom of our website, where you can insert your order ID and Billing Email to get the latest update regarding your order status.
We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery. If your item is damaged or defective, you can request a return/refund within this timeframe. For return/refund contact our customer support team, who will guide you the process.
